Typhoon Hagupit (Ruby)

The Typhoon has passed!

Super Typhoon Hagupit (Ruby) is gradually weakening as it maintains its west-northwest track across the Philippine Sea, it remains a serious threat to Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas. The potential landfall area of this cyclone is along the southern part of Eastern Samar, between 8 PM – 12 MN, Dec 06 (Saturday, Philippine Standard Time). When the cyclone makes landfall there will strong winds, storm surge (4-5 meters) and heavy-intense rainfall.

Residents and visitors along Southern Luzon, Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao should closely monitor the development of Hagupit (Ruby).
